Founded in 2017 and rebranded in 2022, the Steel City Slayers is Birmingham's own junior roller derby league! We are an inclusive organization dedicated to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of youth in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. The volunteer-led league consists of both veteran skaters as well as beginners who are still learning to skate. Our goal is to create a safe environment for participants while they learn and play the competitive sport of junior roller derby.
